JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will be responsible for all incoming calls.
- Logging calls / customer contacts onto the company's computer database.
- Carrying out consistently high customer service.
- Communicating effectively at all times
- Having the right attitude to stay calm and focused under pressure.
- Liaising with internal and external customers at all levels.
- Be a good listener, and possess a good problem solving nature in order to be able to resolve any customer query
- Be a team player with a good, focused attitude.
- Able to adapt to and accommodate customers’ needs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric
- At least 6 months experience in a call centre environment
- Computer Literate
- Excellent telephone etiquette with a well-modulated voice
- Must be prepared to do some weekend shift work
- E-commerce experience will be an advantage
