JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • You will be responsible for all incoming calls.
  • Logging calls / customer contacts onto the company's computer database.
  • Carrying out consistently high customer service. 
  • Communicating effectively at all times
  • Having the right attitude to stay calm and focused under pressure.
  • Liaising with internal and external customers at all levels.
  • Be a good listener, and possess a good problem solving nature in order to be able to resolve any customer query
  • Be a team player with a good, focused attitude.
  • Able to adapt to and accommodate customers’ needs.




JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Matric
  • At least 6 months experience in a call centre environment
  • Computer Literate
  • Excellent telephone etiquette with a well-modulated voice
  • Must be prepared to do some weekend shift work
  • E-commerce experience will be an advantage
